Originally from Michigan, my curious nature and passion for people led me to Chicago to study Psychology at DePaul. After college, I spent my days (and nights) teaching yoga, sharing personal stories with my students, and co-leading various teacher training programs.
As a Psych major and graduate of General Assembly's UXDI program, I use design as a platform to explore in greater detail why people do what they do and how I can improve upon those experiences. With every project I begin or yoga class I teach, it is my goal to explore with a whole heart and an open mind.
I currently work in-house as a UX designer with Northwestern Medicine. At NM, I'm fortunate enough to see projects through the entire iterative process.
When I'm not designing experiences, you can find me teaching yoga classes, figure drawing, perusing my local farmers market or listening to folk, dance and R&B music.
